We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our products within the MRI Living suite. The role will be measured by delivering high quality, innovative solutions which help our clients, are adopted by the market and are competitively differentiated. Ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions which impact various teams and the offering.  Success will require closely engaging the market (distribution channels, market influencers) and our clients to define and drive delivery of a product which customers can’t imagine how they worked or operated without. Candidates must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in fast paced, unstructured environment where a winning team will be in remote locations.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining and promoting the vision & strategy on a daily basis through interactions with development and cross-functional teams.Maintain deep subject matter expertise for the products and services.Own accountability for key initiatives within Product Management.Develop best-in-class user experiences and product roadmaps.Identify potential product expansion initiatives within the current expertise/product offerings and scope of work being performed to drive additional revenue.Perform market- and user-related research, as needed, to grow and develop products.Solicit feedback from customers and internal departments on how to improve our product offering and incorporate ideas into successful product development and launch initiativesManage roadmaps in line with the business strategy & commercial objectives established by the company in accordance with release processes and company standards.The Product Manager maintains the product backlog and prioritizes the backlog. Communicating the reason behind this to the stakeholders.Perform card break down, define acceptance criteria, provide test case scenario input, PO acceptance and documentation approval.Test coverage plan approval with assistance, production testing plan.Ensure Product Development Team has clarity on the problem & business value of the solution.Functional working relationship with Development Manager and shared services teams to ensure clarity on the problem & business value of the solution.Detailed understanding of user/compliance requirements.Provide cross-functional training/presentations and leads Knowledge Transfer sessions as needed.Coordinate product launch plans across Product Marketing, Sales, Support, IT Operations, Legal, Education Services, Professional Services, InfoSec, Partner Team, Revenue Ops and others.Personal and Business Skills:Ability to translate market opportunities and client needs into a clear, defined offering vision, roadmap and design which will meet the business goals and win in the marketplace.Experienced people leader – must inspires teams with new ideas, clear decision making and priorities and be able to lead through influence despite not having direct reporting authority.Experience driving product ideas from concept and ideation through successful market launch.Customer-driven innovation based on understanding unique customer needs and defining and driving the desired end-to-end customer experience.Solid decision-making skills despite ambiguous data and situations. Considers upstream and downstream operational impacts as decision inputs.
