Together, we turn insights into impact and ideas into growth.What you’ll do at AdthenaAs Product& Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our award-winning platform goes to market and grows with customers. This role includes approximately 80% Product Marketing — driving go-to-market execution, product launches, and sales enablement — and 20% Customer Marketing, focused on driving adoption, engagement, and upsell across our existing customer base.You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to craft compelling messaging, create impactful collateral, and deliver strategies that connect our technology with real customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesGo-to-market execution:Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for a portfolio of productsPost-launch tracking and reportingCreate collaterals based on Product Brief and marketing research:‘Sellers’ training slides - how to sell this release and objection handlingOne-pagers and explainer collateral (in partnership with broader marketing team)Maintain a unified view of product release timelines and key milestonesWhich customers will be impacted by launches and subsequent messagingSales enablement:Run monthly enablement training with accessible decks and recordingsOur new business teams, including AE/BDR/Agency/Growth Marketing, all know how to sell new features or Products to assist their pitch in selling AdthenaProvide collateral (one-pagers, positioning scripts) to enhance pitchesMarket/competitor researchOther:Staying on top of industry news and being the in-house PPC expertContributing to thought leadershipSupporting case study productionSupporting in-app product announcement productionSupport the broader marketing team with reviewing content, contributing to the content strategy, website, and any other marketing projectsTools you’ll be using:Adthena - you’ll become an expert on Adthena productsGoogle Suite (slides, docs, sheets) and Gemini for content creation, analysisFigma for asset creation (one-pagers, etc.)Notion for collaborating across teams on timelines and go-to-market (GTM) progressGoogle Ads for looking up relevant data for enablement and thought leadershipStorylane for creating product demos/walkthroughsPendo for creating in-app comms and analysing product usage adoptionIf you haven’t used all these tools before, don’t worry - we just need someone willing to learn. You’ll be supported and trained on how to use them!Who we look forResearch shows men apply if they meet ~60% of the criteria, while women and underrepresented groups apply only if they meet all requirements.
