DescriptionRole Overview:  We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Principal Product Manager to own and scale our Global Supply Chain Shipping and Logistics platform. This role will lead product capabilities across carrier integrations, transportation management, package and freight lifecycle management, supporting DTC (B2C), Wholesale (B2B), and Enterprise fulfillment models.  This role will work closely with Logistics, Transportation, Operations, Customs & Trade Compliance, Engineering, and Digital Experience teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and customer-centric solutions globally.  How you will make an impact:  Product Strategy & Platform Ownership  Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for shipping and logistics platforms across B2C and Wholesale/B2B  Develop a comprehensive long-term plan for integrating carriers, rate shopping, choosing services, setting SLAs, and managing delivery commitments.  Drive platform decisions that balance customer experience, operational scalability, compliance, and cost  Cross-Functional Leadership  Partner with Logistics, Transportation, and Fulfillment Operations to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions  Collaborate with Digital Experience teams on shipping methods, delivery messaging, promised delivery dates, and checkout experiences  Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility  Shipping & Logistics Capabilities  Lead development of carrier integrations (parcel, freight, last-mile, regional carriers)  Own inbound, outbound, and returns transportation workflows including customs and cross-border fulfillment  Drive package lifecycle management including label generation, tracking, delivery events, exceptions  Own TMS product strategy, including - Build vs buy evaluation, Vendor assessment, selection, and integration strategy  Execution & Delivery  Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and success metrics  Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams  Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage dependencies across complex systems  Data, Metrics & Optimization  Define and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, carrier performance, customer conversion, and contribution margin  Use data and experimentation to optimize shipping options, transit times, and customer promises  Identify opportunities for automation, cost savings, and operational efficiency    What you bring to the team:  Required  8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant ownership of shipping, logistics, or supply chain platforms  Deep understanding of e-commerce shipping, carrier integrations, transportation management, and fulfillment operations  Experience working with global carriers and multi-region logistics networks  Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills  Preferred  Experience with TMS, OMS, WMS, or custom logistics platforms  Background in B2C and B2B e-commerce at scale  Experience supporting peak events (holiday, promotional surges) and operational resilience  Familiarity with returns, reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery models
