We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager, Pentest as a Service in United States.This role provides the opportunity to lead and scale an innovative Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line at the intersection of offensive security and AI. The Principal Product Manager will define the product roadmap, drive the development of AI-enabled security testing solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market functions. You will act as a thought leader both internally and externally, evangelizing product capabilities, identifying disruptive market opportunities, and ensuring measurable impact for customers. This position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment. Accountabilities· Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap for AI-driven PTaaS offerings aligned with business and market needs.· Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure product adoption and value delivery.· Act as a subject matter expert on offensive security testing, evangelizing PTaaS products internally and externally through demos, webinars, and industry events.· Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.· Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation to deployment, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality product delivery.· Own the backlog for PTaaS products, prioritizing features and user stories while coordinating with engineering and design teams.Requirements· 10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.· Proven track record of leading product development for enterprise SaaS or cloud services.· Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, and operations.· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build consensus and influence decisions.· Experience leading AI-enabled product development is preferred.· Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, offensive security practices, and related market trends.· Domain experience with penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, bug bounty programs, or application security is a plus.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
