In this role, you will act as a key connector between AI development and the teams building Ambulatory and Acute EHR experiences, ensuring seamless integration of advanced AI capabilities into clinical workflows. You will define product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and manage dependencies across AI agents and knowledge platform projects, translating complex technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps. Your work will directly enable clinicians to leverage AI-driven insights, improving decision-making and delivering measurable impact for patients and care teams.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, align, and maintain product strategies and roadmaps that deliver engaging, user-centric features, driving adoption of AI-powered capabilities within clinician and healthcare staff workflows. AI & Emerging Technologies: Monitor advances in NLP, knowledge graphs, large language models, and generative AI; partner with specialists to translate innovation into differentiated clinical applications and measurable improvements in care. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, data science, clinical informatics, terminology experts, and EHR product leaders. Enable seamless integration and high-impact delivery of AI and knowledge graph features. Opportunity Identification: Engage with internal stakeholders, clinicians, and researchers to identify high-value clinical workflows and product opportunities that can be transformed by AI agents and structured knowledge platforms. Concept Development & Feasibility: Translate user needs and abstract ideas into structured product concepts. Define success criteria, coordinate exploration of feasibility with technical teams, and prioritize solutions aligned to clinical and business outcomes. Knowledge Platforms: Oversee design and scaling of clinical knowledge and patient graphs, ensuring federation of curated relationships, standards-based data integration, and enablement of real-time reasoning, search, and decision support. Governance & Compliance: Design and advocate for robust governance models, validation tooling, and compliance protocols that prioritize data integrity, privacy, and security in accordance with industry standards. Product Delivery & Adoption: Support release planning, enablement, and go-to-market strategy for new capabilities; work closely with customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementation and integration. Customer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key users and partners to validate assumptions, gather feedback, and inform prioritization that keeps clinical needs at the forefront of product evolution. Outcomes Measurement: Define and monitor adoption metrics and product impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement and investment recommendations. Your Qualifications 8+ years in product management or platform leadership, with a substantial focus on data, AI/ML, or healthcare technology products Proven success building and delivering clinical knowledge graphs, structured knowledge platforms, or advanced healthcare data solutions Deep familiarity with clinical ontologies and standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD), and interoperability protocols (FHIR, HL7) Hands-on experience with semantic technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL) and search infrastructure (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex dependencies spanning engineering, clinical, and go-to-market teams Strong communication skills, able to navigate technical, clinical, and business conversations with diverse stakeholders Experience launching new products and achieving market traction in regulated environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus Preferred Qualifications Track record working with clinical AI agents, LLMs, or conversational interfaces in healthcare Experience with real-world model validation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in clinical settings Capable of translating user needs into system requirements and effective product concepts Familiarity with customer engagement, feedback loops, and data-driven product iteration Career Level: IC4 The Oracle Clinical AI Agent team’s mission is to deliver an AI platform that serves as the foundation for Oracle’s health applications. ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA.
