DescriptionAs a Principal Product Manager in the technical risk team, you will innovate, define, and execute Oracle's risk mitigation strategy. Gather and analyze information to define improvement initiatives and process or product improvements. Envision and communicate product risk strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with executive stakeholders. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful improvement efforts based on corporate priorities.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and mitigate technical risks across our full set of systems, particularly at the intersection of business and engineering.Technical depth and breadth required to collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, industry experts, and internal teams, to understand customer needs, capture requirements, deliver key features/products, and set strategic direction for risk mitigation strategy.Be the conduit between security, product teams, and engineering. Provide regular updates and interact with executive management to influence business decisions.Identify and communicate specific problems, improvement adoption drivers, and value propositions to a diverse audience.Drive solutions and requirements into roadmaps and new features and functionality to improve security posture and reduce technical risk.Manage strategic engagement with stakeholders to align across lines of business and ensure prioritization of improvement.Design product plans that span many products- this planning considers security, safety, high availability, scalability, and flexibility to meet future business demands.Define the quality bar for the product and service and work with the appropriate teams to achieve those goals.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, driving innovation within the organization.Improve the team in some subset of: Risk process innovation, product management practices, vision, creativity, ownership, hiring, mentoring, team culture.Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for technical risk improvement and risk mitigation.Build relationships with SMEs and product owners, drive executive engagement.Define new KPIs to inform decision-making and prioritizationQualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum.
