You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that accelerate modern software development, improve operational efficiency, and embed security and reliability into every stage of the lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Internal Developer Platforms that support modern engineering teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver features that improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and securityOwn the full product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvementDevelop tools and services that streamline CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, observability, and governanceUse customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive innovationFoster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning across product and engineering teamsAct as a technical product leader and strategic partner to executives, stakeholders, and customersUse data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritizationChampion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across product and engineering teamsAct as a thought leader and trusted partner to executives, stakeholders, and customersQualifications8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on technical products and platform engineeringDeep understanding of Internal Developer Platforms, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery practicesProven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful products in fast-paced environmentsStrong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering, DevOps, and security teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and data-informed product developmentCustomer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world challenges faced by engineering teamsPreferred ExperienceHands-on experience with developer portals, platform-as-a-product strategies, and engineering enablement toolsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and secure software supply chainsExperience working in high-scale environments with distributed systems and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructureThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 171,000 - 257,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Bay Area : 179,000 - 269,000 USD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
