Our international team of experts has contributed to the growth of hundreds of apps across all major verticals, including gaming, on-demand delivery, e-commerce, and finance.Job missionThe regional Principal Field Marketing Manager's mission is to own, conceptualize, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns for selected customer segments to reach new customer acquisition and customer retention goals through strong alignment with Sales teams.Job responsibilitiesKeep industry conference inventory up to date, negotiate and secure sponsorship and coordinate successful participation, including messaging with the Content team, design with our Marketing Designer and target list and invites with Sales/Account ManagersOwn the EMEA field marketing strategy and calendar, aligning activities with regional revenue goals. Research and secure venues, develop event feedback surveys, and post-event reportsManage customer gifting projects, including the coordination of campaign concepts and the full scope of executionPlan and execute pre- and post-promotion communications for marketing campaigns, including social posts, email, paid ads, and landing pagesCreate documentation of campaign best practices, conduct operational tasks such as invoice-handling, and budget and project trackingManage and optimize a EMEA annual field marketing budget, ensuring ROI and cost efficiencyAct as the primary field marketing partner for EMEA Sales leadership, supporting pipeline generation and key accountsPrioritize and scale the most effective event formats, ABM initiatives, and partnerships across the regionJob requirementsYou have prior success in a similar position and you have excellent understanding of B2B marketingYou bring project management experienceVery good experience with the marketing strategy playbook, especially diverse event formats.
