The Role:


As Player Experience Manager, you are the voice of the player within Betty’s Live Ops team. You will actively play on the Betty site and app using multiple internally segmented accounts to experience different player journeys first-hand. You’ll think critically about every touchpoint and feed structured, actionable insights back to segment leads, Live Ops, and Product. You will also perform robust competitor analysis to ensure Betty is at the forefront of player experience within the market. Additionally, you will perform qualitative analysis to measure player satisfaction with the product cementing the role as the voice of the player.



Key responsibilities:



  • Play across multiple internally segmented accounts to experience full player journeys

  • Act as a player advocate within Live Ops and Product discussions

  • Provide clear, player-focused feedback to segment heads

  • Conduct rigorous competitor analysis across iGaming and adjacent products

  • Map out and perform high-level qualitative analysis of Live Ops features, promotions, and journeys

  • Identify friction points, opportunities, and moments of delight across the platform


Requirements:



  •  A genuine player of games and iGaming

  • Strong empathy for players and a critical eye for experience quality

  • Experience in iGaming, mobile games, digital products, or adjacent industries

  • Familiarity with player segmentation and lifecycle concepts

  • Ability to structure qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Live Ops, and Analytics


Nice to Have:



  • Experience with Live Ops mechanics (missions, promotions, loyalty, events)

  • Background in UX research, QA, or player support

  • Interest in adjacent product spaces such as casual games, loyalty platforms, or communities

  • Comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders
