Collaboration is core to how we work, and we expect our marketers to think like operators—grounded in data, focused on outcomes, and accountable to performance.We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution and optimization across both MassMedia’s internal marketing engine and select client campaigns. This role is responsible for driving the team to performance - translating strategy into action—owning channel performance, driving demand, and ensuring MassMedia and our clients show up with clarity, consistency, and impact across digital touchpoints.This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, execution-oriented marketer who thrives in variety, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is motivated by measurable growth. You will work closely with the CEO and CMO and partner across paid media, PR, social, and creative teams to drive performance.Compensation: Base salary range of $70,000 -$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.What You’ll Do Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels. Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams. Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI. Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia’s value and results. Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. Fully Remote - Travel 1x per month to corporate office in Las Vegas, NevadaBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance.Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project-management tools.Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.
