Our integrated AgTech program combines AI, sensor data and lab analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve cultivation performance.OVERVIEW OF POSITIONThe Performance Marketing Manager is a centralized campaign execution and strategy leader responsible for planning, managing, and scaling marketing programs across Hydrobuilder Holdings' multi-brand portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creative, and data — driving how customers discover, engage with, and convert across email, social, video, and digital channels. The Performance Marketing Manager operates with a test-and-learn mindset: move fast, measure everything, and iterate with purpose.
