This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves solving growth problems, testing ideas, and seeing measurable business impact from their work.This is not an administrative role; you'll be in the campaigns daily. You'll set up tracking, optimize targeting, launch experiments, analyze results, and make recommendations backed by data. You'll work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to continuously improve customer acquisition and campaign efficiency.The ideal candidate combines the empathy of understanding customer experience with the discipline of a process-driven operator—meticulous on documentation, firm on timelines, rigorous in testing, and persuasive in presenting data-backed recommendations.What You'll OwnAs Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the following functional areas:1. Daily Paid Media Execution & Campaign Optimization2. Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, and TikTok3. Monitor campaign health daily: CTR, conversion rates, CPC, CAC, ROAS4. Manage budgets to maximize ROI; scale winning campaigns, pause underperformers5. Refine audience targeting, keywords, bidding strategies based on performance data6. Report campaign performance to CEO weekly with clear insights and recommendationsStructured Experimentation & Learning Program1. Design and execute 4-6 structured experiments per week across targeting, keywords, bidding, creative, landing pages, offers2. Document 100% of experiment results with hypothesis, results, insights, and business impact3. Conduct weekly performance reviews with CEO: analyze results, identify winners, plan next week's tests4. Systematically scale winning experiments into ongoing campaigns; retire underperforming approachesCreative Performance & Collaboration1. Analyze ad performance by creative asset; identify winners and detect creative fatigue2. Provide data-driven feedback to Creative Strategist on what's working and what to test next3. Scale high-performing creative; test new hooks, messaging, and offers continuously4. Work with the creative strategist to maintain the pipelineFunnel Optimization & Cross-Team Collaboration1. Analyze acquisition funnel end-to-end: ad click → landing page → registration → paid member2. Work with Product/Design on landing page optimization and A/B testing3. Collaborate with Engineering on registration flow optimization and conversion improvement4. Provide weekly funnel insights to Product, Engineering, and Sales teamsAnalytics, Reporting & Data Integrity1. Set up and maintain accurate tracking via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, platform native reporting2. Track all key metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, cost-per-registration3. Prepare detailed weekly reports for CEO on revenue, ROAS by channel, CAC trends, and actionable insights4. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot tracking issues across all platformsQualifications:1. 5+ years managing paid digital advertising campaigns at scale2. Demonstrated track record of improving measurable business results through paid acquisition (revenue growth, CAC reduction, ROAS improvement)3. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)4. Experience managing campaigns on at least one additional platform: Microsoft Ads (Bing), TikTok, YouTube, or Meta5. Proven ability to set up tracking (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and analyze marketing funnel metrics6. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and landing page optimization7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing data and making evidence-based decisions8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences9. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision10.
