Performance Marketing & Growth Manager Nolia HealthFull-time or Contract | Remote (U.S.) Help scale one of the most important growth engines in healthcare At Nolia Health, we’re building the clinical infrastructure to support the 63 million family caregivers in the U.S.—a population the healthcare system depends on, but has historically overlooked. We’ve already built a strong foundation in paid acquisition. Now we’re looking for someone to come in, take ownership, and make it significantly better. This is a role for a hands-on operator who wants to work close to revenue, own outcomes, and see the direct impact of their work on growth. The role You will own and optimize the parts of the funnel that most directly drive growth: Paid acquisition (Meta + Google)Landing pages and conversion flowsConsult → billable session conversion The immediate goal is simple: More qualified consults. Higher conversion to billable care. Better efficiency across the funnel. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the platforms, in the data, and in the experiments every day. What you’ll do Own and scale paid acquisition Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google AdsDrive improvements in:Cost per consultConsult-to-booking rateCost per billable sessionCreate new ads (basic design skills)Test new:Creative anglesMessagingAudiencesOffers and conversion pathsMake clear, data-driven recommendations on budget allocation and scaling Improve conversion across the funnel Optimize landing pages, forms, and scheduling flowsIdentify drop-off points from:Ad click → consultConsult → booked sessionBooked → billableRun structured experiments across:Headlines and messagingPage layouts and UXCTAs and form designBuild a more predictable, testable acquisition system Support growth beyond paid media Help identify and develop referral and partnership channelsSupport outbound efforts with messaging and lightweight campaignsContribute to content and SEO initiatives tied to caregiver intentReinforce campaign themes across organic and social channels Who you are You’re a builder and optimizer who likes being close to the numbers—and improving them.
