This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:Ready to runHungry and driven by urgencyExceptional at what they do, with low egoComfortable operating in motionThe RoleAs a Performance Marketing Channel Manager at OnePay, you will drive customer acquisition by owning paid social channels and scaling efficient growth across TikTok and Meta. You will:Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition across CPA, ROAS, and conversion goalsRun high-volume creative testing in partnership with Social and Creative teams, rapidly iterating and scaling top-performing adsAnalyze campaign performance and take decisive action by scaling winners and optimizing or pausing underperforming campaignsCollaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to improve tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performanceYou Bring5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C, D2C or fintech environmentHands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platformsStrong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metricsProven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategiesExperience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teamsDrive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executorWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1401(k) plan with company matchRemote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growthA high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impactStandard Interview ProcessInitial Interview with Talent PartnerTechnical or Hiring Manager InterviewTeam InterviewExecutive InterviewOffer!Equal Employment OpportunityTo build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences.
