Job Description

  • Ensure the full lifecycle and legally compliant documentation of the commencement, modification, and termination of employment relationships.
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, orders, notices, and other documents related to personnel records management.
  • Monitor personnel administration processes to ensure full compliance with the Labor Law and other relevant regulatory acts.
  • Develop, maintain, and systematize personnel documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate entry and maintenance of data within the HR information systems.
  • Facilitate precise and timely information flow between company departments.
  • Analyze, compile, and prepare reports for management, auditors, and government institutions.
  • Provide support to employees in resolving HR-related matters.
  • Support the implementation of various HR initiatives.
  • Perform other related tasks necessary for the effective operation of the HR administration function.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles, processes, and the requirements of the Labor Law.
  • High level of accuracy and responsibility, with the ability to manage and process large volumes of information.
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to aggregate data, prepare high-quality reports, and present findings to management.
  • Excellent proficiency in Latvian and English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage. As we operate in an international environment, proficiency in English and Russian is essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and the successful execution of tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach toward employee support.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, HRIS, and other relevant systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
