What You'll DoAvalara is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth across Avalara’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you are responsible for executing multi-channel, partner-led campaigns aligned to partner type, tier, and regional priorities. You will collaborate closely with Partner Management, Revenue Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to deliver full-funnel programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen partner engagement.  This is a remote, US based position.  #LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will BeYou will plan and implement partner marketing campaigns aligned to partner segment, tier, and regional priorities, ensuring messaging reflects partner offerings and joint value propositionsYou will collaborate with Partner Managers and team members to build full-funnel campaign strategies that promote awareness, engagement, and conversionYou will manage multi-touch partner campaigns, managing deliverables, and content milestones to ensure high-quality launchesYou will develop and implement partner channel strategies by segment or partner type, aligning campaign motions (e.g., referral, co-sell, co-marketing) to our goalsYou will manage in-channel activation plans for assigned campaigns, ensuring targeting, cadence, and sequencing align with partner expectations and program goalsYou will monitor and optimize campaign inputs to improve conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and overall program effectiveness What You'll Need to be Successful4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3–5 years in partner marketing, demand generation, or channel marketing within a SaaS environment3+ years of experience executing partner marketing programs that contribute to pipeline generation and revenue outcomesUnderstanding of partner marketing motions, including referral, co-sell, and co-marketing programsExperience building multi-channel campaigns using marketing and sales platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and webinar/event tools (e.g., ON24)Familiarity with applying AI tools for segmentation, targeting, and campaignsPay Range DetailsThe base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.Colorado $111,300 - $178,100 (annually) Washington $111,300 - $196,700 (annually) California $111,300 - $215,400 (annually) NYC $122,900 - $215,400 (annually) The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
