We partner with creators, manage backend operations, and support DTC brands through content-driven growth strategies.We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social content strategies for multiple brands. You will manage social calendars, produce content, drive engagement, and monitor performance across key channels like TikTok and Instagram.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain social media content calendars for multiple brands Create, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and additional platforms Engage with audiences: respond to comments, messages, and brand interactions Work closely with creative and media teams for campaign alignment Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity Track KPIs and produce performance reports Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity Qualifications 1–3+ years managing social media for brands or agencies Strong expertise in TikTok & Instagram Content creation and scheduling tool experience Basic graphic/video editing skills (Reels/TikTok proficiency preferred) Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or social commerce Knowledge of TikTok Shop content requirements Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools What Success Looks Like Consistent posting of high-quality, on-brand content Measurable increases in followers, engagement, and community sentiment Strong collaboration with internal teams and timely execution
