Part-Time Remote Customer Service & Marketing Assistant

Benefits: Flexible schedule We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly part-time remote assistant to join our team for approximately 10 hours per week. This is a flexible role that will involve a variety of day-to-day tasks, including: Responding to customer emails and questions Providing friendly and professional customer service Editing and updating customer orders Following up with customers as needed Assisting with marketing emails and promotions Helping with social media and online content Supporting our branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice General administrative and organizational tasks Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is: An excellent written communicator Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and remotely Friendly and customer-service focused Familiar with email and online business tools Experienced with or interested in social media, branding, and marketing Able to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize as needed Previous customer service, administrative, marketing, branding, or social media experience is a plus.
