Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist (contractor/1099; 6 month)Remote US, must be located in: OR, CA, AZ, NV, ID, VT, FL We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist to support short-term maternity leave coverage (contract/1099). This role will own day-to-day execution and optimization across paid channels while managing our creator and affiliate program, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and creative insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid MediaManage and optimize daily performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, and AffiliateConduct ongoing audits to ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently and hitting targetsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and channel mixCreator & Affiliate ProgramManage creator seeding, partnerships, and affiliate relationshipsIdentify and scale high-performing creators and partnershipsSupport campaign execution and ongoing optimizationCreative & PlanningPartner with internal teams to brief and iterate on paid media creativeEnsure alignment with marketing calendar and campaign prioritiesSupport development of weekly and monthly campaign briefsPerformance & ReportingTrack and analyze channel and creative performanceTranslate insights into clear, actionable recommendationsAgency CoordinationSupport external agency partners to ensure alignment on performance and executionQualifications3–5+years experience in paid mediaExperience managing creator/influencer and affiliate programsExperience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, GA4Strong analytical and performance optimization skillsExperience working cross-functionally and with external partnerseCommerce/DTC experience preferredSuccess in This Role Looks LikePaid channels are consistently optimized and efficientCreator + affiliate programs are actively managed and scalingCreative insights are driving performance improvementsReporting is clear and actionableRemote US, must be located in: OR, CA, AZ, NV, ID, VT, FL
