Your role in the Team
As the Oracle EPM FCCS Application Support Specialist, you will be the lead functional and technical support resource for Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management, with primary ownership of Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service. Following implementation, you will help ensure that FCCS is stable, controlled and ready to support each financial close and consolidation cycle.
Based in Manila and working with an international Finance and Technology team, you will partner with Group Finance, local finance teams, IT and implementation partners to resolve issues, maintain the application and deliver controlled improvements. You will combine strong accounting and consolidation knowledge with hands-on Oracle EPM expertise, clear stakeholder communication and a disciplined approach to support and change management.
What you will be doing:
-
FCCS Application Ownership: Provide day-to-day Level 2 and Level 3 support for FCCS after go-live, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, service restoration, problem management and user guidance.
-
Close and Consolidation Support: Provide hands-on support during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close cycles. Monitor consolidation runs and resolve issues affecting currency translation, intercompany eliminations, journals, ownership, minority interest, cash flow and financial reporting.
-
Application Administration: Maintain FCCS dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, member properties, forms, rules, substitution variables, security roles and other application configuration in line with approved governance.
-
Data Integration and Reconciliation: Support data loads from Oracle ERP and other source systems through Oracle EPM Data Integration or Data Management. Maintain mappings and load processes, investigate rejected records and reconcile source, FCCS and reported balances.
-
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor application health, scheduled jobs and integrations. Use logs, diagnostics, Smart View, EPM Automate and available REST services to identify and resolve data, performance, access and calculation issues.
-
Change and Release Management: Assess requests, configure approved changes and maintain appropriate documentation and migration controls across environments. Review Oracle Cloud EPM monthly updates, evaluate impacts and coordinate regression testing and deployment readiness.
-
Testing and Deployment: Prepare test scenarios and support system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing for fixes, enhancements, integrations and releases. Validate production outcomes and maintain traceability to approvals.
-
Controls and Audit Support: Operate within Finance and IT control frameworks, including access controls, segregation of duties, change evidence, close controls and audit support. Maintain procedures, configuration records and a clear support knowledge base.
-
Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, automation opportunities and process improvements that increase close reliability, data quality, control and user experience across the Oracle EPM landscape.
