Olde Town Pub: Marketing & Content Creation Manager

DescriptionOlde Town Pub, located in the heart of Leonardtown, MD, is hiring for a Marketing & Content Creation Manager to join their team! This position is being posted by Belmont Point Management, LLC on behalf of Olde Town Pub. This is a remote position, however, the selected applicant MUST be able to reliably commute to Leonardtown, MD on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Olde Town Pub’s services.Create and manage marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital/social media content. Coordinate marketing schedules and campaigns across platforms (social media, email, in-person promotions). Collaborate with third-party vendors and marketing agencies to produce high-quality content. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Support internal communications and patron engagement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and business development goals. Capture a wide range of content, including photos of food, beverages, employee spotlights, merchandise, and other brand assets.Performs all other duties as assigned RequirementsA High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.At least 3 years of marketing experience is required.Experience providing social media and marketing services in the food, bar, and/or entertainment industry is highly desired.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and branding. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Graphic design experience preferred.Salary range:$55,000 - $65,000Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law (Form I-9).
