Department OverviewThe Motorola Solutions Customer Experiences and Events team is responsible for ideation, plan development and activation of proprietary and one-of-a-kind internal and external events within North America.The team consists of event and trade show marketing professionals who regularly collaborate across various functional teams (marketing, product groups, sales professionals, leadership and more) helping to bring strategy to life.This team is part of the Marketing organization.North America Events Marketing Specialist, within the Customer Experiences and Events Team is responsible for overseeing, organizing, streamlining and planning the Enterprise Event Opportunities for the Motorola Solutions Portfolio. The success of the Enterprise Events Marketing Manager will depend heavily on teamwork with our Event Marketing, Field Marketing and Pipeline Expansion Marketing teams.Job DescriptionDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Event Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with overall Motorola Solutions and objectives, including large flagship events with significant brand presence, smaller events, and local drop-off events, all at scaleEvent Planning: Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor management, booth properties, and the development of event timelines for a wide range of eventsEvent Follow-up: Track and maintain post event activities including event tagging and lead follow-up to ensure marketing investment is being measured correctlyMarketing Integration: Collaborate with the Field Marketing, Events Marketing, and Pipeline Expansion Marketing teams to ensure event marketing plans are aligned with overall marketing strategies, encompassing pre-event, on-site, and post-event efforts across all product marketsOrganization: Around Motorola Solutions Events calendars ensuring proper representation across the entire events landscapeUp to 30% travelPreferred Qualifications: Project management experience and operational knowledge of Motorola Solutions businesses and enterprise eventsHighly proficient organizational and planning skillsStrong project management, written and verbal communication skills when working across multiple cross-functional teams#LI-JS3#LI-REMOTETarget Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
