MORTGAGE TECHNOLOGY SECONDARY MARKETING LEADER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Lead business technology resource to communicate/optimize strategic transformations of mortgage secondary / originations / product & pricing WHAT WILL YOU DO?Alignment and implementation of change recommendations of Web Hooks/API calls between our POS, LOS, and PPE platformsTriage assessment between functional IT department, programmers, and developers and the business leadersData, process, and operational dependencies can be communicated clearly with IT resources and downstream reporting usersSubject matter expert on best practices and processes for sequentially implementing BRD changes in real timeLead business technology expert as to cause/effect of integration within operational/risk process flows WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Required Qualifications*Bachelor's Degree or equivalentAdvanced technology certifications (e.g POS, LOS and PPE platforms)10+ years’ experience in a US bank with extensive residential mortgage / product / pricing / servicing functions Additional QualificationsUnderstanding of QRM integrations both in Treasury/Capital Markets/Secondary MarketingFunctional understanding of data, technology and process integrations with risk / pricing systems inside a bankTriage recommendations with key deliverables to further upgrade and enhance speed to market discipline with transformation effortsAutomation of process flows, loan level vs. batch processing technology assessmentsExcellent technology and data skills that translate between the business and developers/programmersAssessment of initial BRDs and technology road map for optimization of end to end transformation with pricing, product an risk systemsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
