About the Team/RoleThe Field Service Management (FSM) team delivers software that powers tradespeople to excel at their craft. Our mobile platform plays a critical role in enabling technicians, working owners and office managers on-the-go to efficiently manage appointments, access job information, bill customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.As the Mobile Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our mobile applications supporting field operations. You will partner closely with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to enhance the technician experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.How you'll make an impactDefine and drive the mobile product vision and roadmap aligned with FSM strategic objectivesOwn the end-to-end mobile product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and optimizationPartner with engineering and UX teams to prioritize backlog and deliver high-quality mobile solutionsConduct user research and engage directly with field technicians and operational stakeholders to gather insightsTranslate business needs and field feedback into clear product requirements and user storiesUse data, KPIs, and user feedback to measure product performance and drive continuous improvementLead sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely executionCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and leadership teamsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve technician productivityEnsure mobile scalability, usability, and performance across iOS and Android platforms Experience you'll bring5+ years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS or enterprise B2B environmentsDemonstrated experience managing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)Experience supporting field services, workforce management, logistics, or operational platformsStrong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teamsProven ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirementsStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with frontline technician tools or mobile workforce applicationsBackground in Field Service Management platformsExperience optimizing mobile UX for operational usersExperience working with hybrid mobile/web applications such as IonicFamiliarity with scheduling, dispatching, or workflow automation systemsWhy Join WEXAt WEX, you’ll join a company that combines the stability of a global fintech leader with the opportunity to drive meaningful innovation. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
