Mobile Product Manager

Triple V (https://www.triple3v.org/) is seeking an AI Product Manager for a direct hire position in the La Jolla area. This is an onsite role with operations Tuesday through Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.Who we are:Triple V is both mission-driven and product-driven dedicated to showcasing the accomplishments of talented students, and we’re proud to be a platform that helps youth inspire youth. Our organization is also building a career development app helping students (18–22) land their first job after college.Through our scholarship opportunities, mentorships, internship program, and new career launching app Vici: Level Up Together; we help motivate students while celebrating their successes. Unlike many other student advocacy organizations that solely focus on academics, we spotlight a variety of fields, including the performing arts and entrepreneurship.What are the AI Product Manager's Responsibilities:This AI PM will work on interaction logic design, and the deployment and evaluation of large language modelsProfound understanding of social networks and instant messenger productsUnderstand the technical principles and potential of large language models.Building and scaling a mobile career development app for 18–22 demographicLeading growth and optimization of the onboarding funnelDesigning AI-powered career tools (resume coach, AI mentor, etc.)Tracking engagement metrics and iterating based on dataCandidates should have:Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, psychology, or other related fieldsCandidates should have at least 4 years experience with AI, LLM, application development and deploymentBackground with creating iterative product roadmaps using Agile methodologiesExperience working with LLM and AI technologiesDevelopment experience with tools like Python, JavaScript, and React Native/NodeJS frameworks (this role will have limited hands on coding vs full product development expectations)Good communication skills and team spirit, able to solve problems proactivelyTechnical Stack and Experience:2–3 years DevOps and deployment experience3+ years full-stack React Native development3+ years ML/LLM production deployment experience3+ years user research experience (qualitative + quantitative)What we offer:Top-tier Health, Dental, and Vision 99% paid by Triple V80 hours/year vacation (prorated 1st year)Classification: ExemptSalary: $120,000+ DOE with an opportunity for a review as early as 6 months from start.
