What You’ll Be Driving:



  • Demonstrating proficiency in using sourcing tools and extensions for contact enrichment and candidate verification;

  • Applying strategic LinkedIn use for market research, events, and attracting passive candidates;

  • Conducting manual searches of emails and social profiles using advanced Google techniques and extensions;

  • Identifying potential candidates through multiple channels and maintaining a steady flow into the ATS;

  • Developing targeted email campaigns to engage candidates with relevant job and company information;

  • Screening and evaluating active candidates and progressing or rejecting them based on requirements;

  • Engaging passive candidates proactively and maintaining an organized communication pipeline in the ATS;

  • Creating custom reports to track metrics and improve sourcing strategies;

  • Understanding the company structure and technologies within the assigned stream;

  • Partnering with hiring managers and teams to understand talent needs and attract suitable professionals;

  • Generating progress reports on sourcing activities, including identified, engaged, and advanced candidates;

  • Presenting reports to provide insights on sourcing effectiveness and improvement opportunities;

  • Managing and improving data-driven outputs such as funnels and conversion metrics;

  • Preparing project progress reports for management.


What Makes You a GR8 Fit:












  • Minimum of 1 year in talent acquisition or talent sourcing roles;

  • Ability to work with moderate autonomy, handle medium-complexity projects, support junior sourcers, and escalate only non-standard cases;

  • Strong research skills across job platforms, LinkedIn, Google/X-ray search, GitHub, and Stack Overflow;

  • Solid understanding of intake meetings, ability to capture and validate key requirements with recruiters and hiring managers;

  • Confident in finding candidate contacts via LinkedIn tools, Google queries, and basic email/profile verification;

  • Skilled in advanced search operators, custom search engines, and building complex sourcing queries for various markets;

  • Experience sourcing internationally using language filters, transliteration, and relevant community groups;

  • Working knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, filters, validation, formatting);

  • Experience running multi-channel outreach, including ATS email campaigns and LinkedIn automation tools;

  • Ability to create reports, analyze ATS data, track sourcing metrics, and plan workload based on performance insights;

  • Strong sourcing strategy mindset: forming hypotheses, tracking conversion rates, tagging candidates, and following structured search flows;

  • English level: B2.
