We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning to delivery — ensuring high-quality and timely execution. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Managing the full project lifecycle — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery.
- Overseeing several projects simultaneously within a dynamic Agile environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, designers, product managers, and support.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balance.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track tasks and performance.
- Continuously improving workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Implementing and tracking delivery metrics to assess performance.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within Agile environments.
- Basic understanding of software development technical aspects.
- Experience in risk management.
- Experience working with support teams.
- Proven track record in client-facing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Result-oriented mindset, flexibility, openness to new practices, and analytical thinking.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management principles.
- Solid decision-making and risk management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Background in product companies.
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
