Why this role exists:


This role exists to own and scale technical client onboarding at GR8 Tech — turning complex integrations into predictable delivery, strong client partnerships, and a fast transition to business-as-usual.


What you’ll drive:


End-to-end client onboarding delivery



  • Own technical onboarding and integration projects from kickoff to BAU handover.

  • Ship predictable outcomes by driving multiple parallel deliveries, managing risks, and keeping execution on track.

  • Unblock day-to-day delivery challenges and make fast decisions when priorities shift.


Client partnerships and cross-functional alignment



  • Act as the main delivery partner for clients during onboarding, building trust through clarity and execution.

  • Align closely with Sales, Account Managers, and engineering teams to ensure delivery commitments match client and business goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies across platforms, integrations, and APIs.


Scalable delivery operations



  • Build and improve scalable delivery processes together with the Lead of Global Delivery.

  • Optimize tools, workflows, and KPIs to increase delivery speed, quality, and transparency.

  • Standardize onboarding practices to enable consistent, high-quality delivery as the client portfolio grows.


Team leadership and growth



  • Lead and grow a team of technical delivery experts, fostering ownership and accountability.

  • Scale the team’s impact and responsibilities as onboarding volume and complexity increase.


What makes you a GR8 fit:


Must-have



  • 3+ years of IT delivery management experience leading technical projects and teams in a client-facing environment.

  • Strong B2B client delivery background with ownership of end-to-end execution.

  • Solid iGaming industry knowledge and understanding of platform-based products.

  • Hands-on experience with technical integrations, APIs, or complex onboarding flows.

  • Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ people while running multiple projects in parallel.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Change Management, Release Management, and Agile/Scrum practices.

  • Fluent English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.


Nice-to-have



  • Experience improving delivery processes, KPIs, and operational efficiency at scale.

  • Advanced use of JIRA, Confluence, and delivery monitoring tools.

  • Knowledge of Turkish.
