This is a multi-role campaign spanning several commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales operations/enablement, demand generation, digital/performance marketing, brand and communications, product/industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.These opportunities suit professionals who are ready to lead growth initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward leadership pathways such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Director (depending on specialisation and scope).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign execution Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent) Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making Use customer, market, and competitor insights to refine strategy and improve conversion across the funnel Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes Create or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable Support safe and compliant work practices aligned with organisational WHS expectations and applicable legislation (role-dependent) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field (postgraduate qualification and relevant certifications are advantageous) 5–12+ years of progressive experience across sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles (mid–senior level) Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, retention) Working knowledge of common commercial systems (depending on specialism), such as: CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua Analytics/reporting: GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI Ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (role-dependent) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leaders Commercial and analytical capability to interpret performance data, build business cases, and prioritise work for impact Fluent English required; additional languages are beneficial depending on customer base and territory Employment conditions are governed by contract and applicable Australian workplace laws, including the National Employment Standards (NES).
