Mid-Level (Pleno) Advisory Lawyer

As a Mid-Level Lawyer within our Advisory legal team, you will support business areas in drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the fixed-odds lottery sector.

Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with commercial partners, suppliers, and service providers
• Provide legal advisory support in matters related to corporate, contractual, consumer, and regulatory law
• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions and technical memoranda
•  Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal policies, terms and conditions, and regulatory documents
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and sector-specific regulations

Qualifications

• Law degree with active Bar Association (OAB) membership
• Previous experience in contracts (internship or junior level)
• Strong analytical and legal drafting skills
• Desirable knowledge of regulatory and consumer law
• English proficiency is mandatory
