Maintain the marketing data model, field definitions, and segmentation frameworks (including personas, ICP tiers, and lifecycle stages).Ensure data completeness and integrity across systems and pipelines.Cross-Functional Enablement & StrategyPartner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Digital Experience, and Campaigns to ensure alignment across systems, data standards, and GTM workflows.Enable marketers, SDRs, and AEs to use marketing systems and AI workflows effectively.Translate technical concepts into clear operational best practices.Drive continuous improvement across marketing technology and data infrastructure.WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, RevOps, or a comparable technical GTM systems role within a B2B SaaS environment.Advanced hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including architecture, integrations, routing, scoring, lifecycle design, and data model governance.Experience designing or maintaining AI-powered automations or agents that interact with MAP/CRM/CDP systems and operational workflows.Strong technical capability and familiarity with API-driven integrations, marketing data pipelines, and cross-system orchestration.Demonstrated understanding of data structures, normalization, enrichment, segmentation, and attribution workflows across the GTM ecosystem.Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders and collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering teams. Preferred/Nice to Have ExperienceAbility to work in scripting or prototyping environments (e.g., Python, JavaScript, API testing tools) to develop, test, or troubleshoot automation and AI logic.Strong analytical skills with familiarity in SQL, Python, and BI tools to validate data, investigate issues, and produce operational insights.WAGE TRANSPARENCYIn many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions.
