Our veterinarians help pets and their parents with quality of life assessments, pain and anxiety management, end-of-life consultations, and peaceful euthanasia in the comfort of their pet’s favorite place – home.Position DescriptionLap of Love Veterinary Hospice, headquartered in Lutz, FL., seeks to add a key member to its growing team by employing a dynamic Marketing Talent Strategist to support our Marketing Department. This individual will play an instrumental role in Lap of Love’s day-to-day operations by leading the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that attract compassionate veterinarians and veterinary students. This role focuses on building meaningful connections through digital, social, events, and email, sharing what makes Lap of Love a unique and fulfilling place to grow a career in end-of-life care.This position is ideal for a driven, results-oriented marketer with hands-on CRM experience and a proven track record of building and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads.  Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Lead efforts to grow and maintain the veterinarian and veterinary student database in the CRMProactively identify opportunities to connect with veterinarian and veterinary students, and nurture relationships to build robust talent pools in all Lap of Love marketsBuild and maintain a veterinarian-focused content strategy and continuously test and refine messaging to improve engagement and conversionCreate and execute nurture programs that move veterinarians and veterinary students from awareness to engagement to the apply stageRepresent Lap of Love at conferences and campus events. Staff booths, lead brief info sessions, capture leads and feedback, and ensure timely, personalized follow-up in the CRMSupport maintenance of branded career and recruitment pages, including writing and editing page copy, uploading assets, and ensuring consistent brand voiceMonitor CRM analytics and KPIs to measure performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize continuallySupport various recruiting platforms and approaches to capture leads and ensure contacts are logged and followed up in the CRMSupport broader educational marketing campaigns as needed to boost brand visibility and lead generation for Lap of Love servicesLeverage modern methods to improve efficiency, scale outreach efforts, and enhance personalization across candidate engagement initiativesExperience, Education and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field requiredMinimum of 2 years of marketing and/or recruiting experience requiredHands-on CRM/ATS experience, including the ability to manage a targeted campaign out of a CRM or ATS requiredComfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create marketing assetsStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to follow brand voice to create content for emails, socials, and eventsSuperior organizational and critical thinking skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-manage multiple projects at a timeDemonstrated ability to take ownership of small projects from planning through execution - examples may include running an email campaign, coordinating a webinar, or piloting a new outreach toolExcellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while working independently on day-to-day responsibilitiesDemonstrated interest, experience, and abilities with emerging technology.
