About the RolePosh AI is hiring a high-impact Marketing Intern to help our team execute across product marketing, growth, and customer marketing.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, not observation. You’ll work on projects that directly support pipeline, sales, and customer expansion across 7 AI products used by 100+ financial institutions.We’re a small, fast-moving team. If you want to understand what it actually takes to build and grow a company, how decisions get made, how deals get closed, how a GTM motion comes together this is the place to find out. We need someone who can take direction, run with it, and ship high-quality work quickly.What You’ll OwnYou won’t be siloed. You’ll contribute wherever execution is needed most:Customer & Sales Enablement AssetsCreate one-pagers, leave-behinds, and account-specific materialsSupport cross-sell and expansion efforts for existing customersCompetitive ResearchBuild and update battlecardsTrack competitors and turn research into usable insights for salesCampaign & Content ExecutionSupport campaigns across email, web, and eventsDraft content for landing pages, blogs, and sales materialsMarketing ThroughputHelp clear backlog across product marketing, growth, and eventsTake rough ideas and turn them into polished, usable deliverablesWhat Success Looks LikeYou consistently turn around high-quality work quicklyYou take ownership of projects instead of waiting for directionYou make it easier for the team to move fasterYou produce work that is actually used by sales, CSMs, and marketingYou walk away with something to show for it measurable impact, strong references, and work you’re proud to put in a portfolioWho You AreRecent college graduate (1-2 years experience) or MBA studentStrong writer - you can communicate clearly and conciselyHighly organized and able to juggle multiple projectsProactive and self-directed - you don’t wait to be told every stepComfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environmentsInterested in B2B SaaS, AI, or fintech (preferred, not required)Competitive by nature and willing to do whatever the work requires whether that's writing a sharp one-pager or cleaning up a prospect list.
