Position Summary/Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist the DMS team in the Digital Marketing Department with web-based projects that either are initiated within our team or funneled to us from the client service team. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions: Running a monthly vanity renewal report and updating any applicable expiring/expired vanities as instructed by the client services teamCreating/updating event pages and/or employer partner pages as the client services team requests themReporting on and fixing broken links and misspellings on gcu.edu, subdomains of gcu.edu and other affiliated websites for our clientsOpportunity for pulling and reporting military compliance reports monthlyAssisting full-time DMS team members with administrative and reporting tasksSpecial projects as assigned Equipment Used and Responsibility:MacBook Pro (provided by IT) – Password-protected device to be guarded whenever not in use for the positionMicrosoft Office Suite – Various tools for communication and project trackingSiteImprove – Web-based tool for website health and copy searchesWorkamajig – Project management system and project time trackingWorkDay – HR tool and official time clockDrupal and/or WordPress – Website CMS for making updates on webpages Qualifications: While this is a remote position, you must be located/reside in Phoenix, AZ or within 30-miles from campusCurrent GCU students enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, business, communications and/or similar concentrationsBasic HTML knowledge a strong plusStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityWillingness to work, learn and be flexibleExperience/Education Eligibility:Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s programRetain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor-level student or a 3.0 GPA as a master-level studentMaintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum eligibility requirements.Pay rate: Minimum wageWeekly hours: can work up to 20 hours/week during the semester (minimum hours to work per week is 12) and there is potential to work up to 40 hours/week during summer breaksAnticipated End Date: June 30, 2026
