Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing campaign execution. This role drives product growth by conducting market research, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and managing cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to support product launches and ongoing business objectives. Provide critical support on high‑priority, unplanned initiatives, creating structure and execution plans in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends within target markets. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights that inform marketing and business decisions. Partner with cross‑functional teams—including product, sales, operations, and leadership—to ensure alignment between strategy and execution for the Wearables business. Build strategic capabilities such as data‑driven processes, analytical frameworks, and decision‑making tools to support business development and advance the Wearables mission. Identify and mitigate critical program risks, with a focus on external factors such as industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner dependencies. Lead cross‑team collaboration to support annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other key business initiatives. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
