Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partnersThe Impact You Will MakeAs a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you will gain exposure to all aspects of strategy and analytics work, including data analytics, marketing strategy, and operations processes across our product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services functions. Through mentorship from senior members of the leadership team, you will help conduct analyses to shape Risepoint’s strategic direction. Working on a cross-functional project basis, you will be responsible for structuring analyses, developing hypotheses, and delivering value-add strategic recommendations to drive overall business growth.How You Will Bring Our Mission to LifeWhat You Will DoStructure strategic projects for key products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services functionsExecute end-to-end data analytics projects by 1) pulling/cleaning data, 2) extracting key insights, 3) communicating hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and 4) impacting our organization’s overall marketing strategies & operations functionsDesign and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that boost our organization’s ability to deliver insights both internally to senior leadership and externally to our university partnersBrainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs and inform our university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operationsForm a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies and workflows)Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and make data-informed decisionsYou will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Senior AnalystsWhat Success Looks LikeExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsStrong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through analytical insightsHow Impact Will be MeasuredImpact is measured by the ability to deliver strategic insights that directly influence our clients’ marketing and operations functionsYou will also grow in your ability to independently manage and execute data analytics projectsWhat You’ll Bring to the TeamExperience That Matters MostStrong proficiency and/or working experience in Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysisDemonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insightsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsApplicants must be currently enrolled, active students in Fall 2026 to apply for this positionExperience That’s Great to HavePrior working experience using Databricks, SQL, Excel modeling, and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadershipPrior internship / co-op experience preferredRisePoint is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce
