POSITION SUMMARY:As a Marketing Strategist, you will develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable growth through innovative peer-to-peer engagement and content initiatives. This role will own the strategic vision for SLP community engagement, designing data-driven content and programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline velocity, and build relationships with the target audience. This role combines creativity and data-driven decision-making, leveraging emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance performance, engagement, and efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design initiatives that align with overall marketing objectives and drive best outcomes. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategically design and execute peer-to-peer marketing initiatives and partnerships, driving measurable growth in organic advocacy and word-of-mouth engagement within professional communitiesDevelop and optimize content and resources tailored to customer needs, aligned with business objectives and marketing goals, to generate leads, increase engagement, and achieve quantifiable business outcomesManage and lead all facets of in-person activities, from logistics to promotion and execution, with a focus on strengthening community connections and ensuring measurable enhancements in engagement and outreach effectivenessLead the development of educational programs for students by forging strategic partnerships with academic institutions, aiming to expand reach and achieve high-impact growth, supported by clearly defined performance metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with Social Media and Marketing Production teams to define and oversee content requirements, ensuring delivery against multiple engagement channels and achieving targeted engagement and reach objectivesHarness AI tools and analytics to increase content volume and velocity effectively, setting benchmarks for efficiency and enhancing the overall impact of marketing initiatives.CORE COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Passion for growing a career in strategic marketing and building peer to peer programsExcellent relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments with outstanding interpersonal skillsProven organizational and project management capabilitiesExperience operating within a branded environment and complying with brand standards.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, speech-language pathology or related fieldMasters degree and certification in speech-language pathology strongly preferred3+ years of experience in speech services Professional experience in marketing is a plus.Background in speech-language pathology, with a strong understanding in assistive technology and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) strongly preferred.Physical, Time, Presence & Other RequirementsPhysical:  Internal Office Environment – Requires regular sitting or standing at a desk, consistent computer keyboarding and mouse use, and the ability to perform routine office tasks in a professional office setting.Time: Full-Time, exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week.  Additional hours may be required as necessary.Presence:  Fully Remote - onsite presence is not expected/will be minimalTravel:Minimal (5%) - potential for travel 1-2 times annually for onsite visits or trainings
