This role is ideal for a versatile, hands-on marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats: creating content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to support growth. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in helping bring marketing strategies to life while maintaining consistent brand messaging and supporting sales and business objectives. What you will contribute: Campaign Execution Support the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events Assist with campaign timelines, asset coordination, and go-to-market execution Content Creation & Management Write and edit marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and internal materials. Manage content calendars, social media, and assist with posting and community engagement Update and maintain website content through the CMS Digital Marketing Support Assist with SEO initiatives, keyword research, and on-page optimization Support paid marketing efforts (PPC, social ads) including setup, monitoring, and reporting Help execute email marketing campaigns, including nurture flows and basic automation Research & Analytics Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics Monitor KPIs including engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns and content Collaboration & Sales Support Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead support Assist in developing sales enablement materials and campaign follow-ups Brand & Asset Management Help maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all marketing materials Organize and manage marketing assets and documentation Project Coordination Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines and deliverables Support marketing planning and execution with strong attention to detail What you bring: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- or equivalent practical experience from diverse backgrounds 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, with exposure to multiple marketing functions, welcoming varied career paths Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling; experience with CMS platforms and basic website updates Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance tracking; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Effective written and verbal communication skills; well-organized with solid attention to detail.
