Requires a dedicated and innovative individual who seeks out ways to have marketing specialist responsibility of the overall marketing efforts. Must have an intrinsic desire to drive projects to completion.Roles: To provide support to all functions of the marketing department.To specialize in marketing projects, social media, trade shows and email campaignsMajor Responsibilities or Assigned Duties:Support the development and implementation of the Company's marketing programServe as marketing specialist with support to Vice President, Marketing for overall marketing objectives and priorities, including:Tradeshows (next 6 bullet points)Assist with Pre/Post conference mailings and other general marketing mailings.Specialize in understanding the reports and trip materials prior to representative’s travelInvestigate, budget and plan upcoming conferences to attend and exhibit sponsorshipAttend and prepare briefing and debrief documents for tradeshows with attendeesPrepare and ship tradeshow materials to exhibitsPrepare monthly tradeshow budget and leads for VPCampaigns (next 3 bullet points)Email and Webinar campaignsMonitor marketing email and prepare reports to share effectiveness of campaigns with LeadershipFollow up with sales team on leadsDigital marketing programs, help develop and manage the production of: (next 2 bullet points)Virtual pitch decksVirtual landing pagesSpecialize in creative ways to execute on the market segmentation plans and go-to market strategies centered on growth, including:Specialize in understanding and reporting on market research and assist VP of Marketing for MRIoA segments including competitive analysis, market/segment size, differentiation analysis, and new market development – coordinate findings into a power point or word document (next 2 bullet points)Commercialization support for all segments including collateral generation, branding coordination, sales tool creation and internal/external communications supportThe development of the customer reference strategySales enablement as requestedComplete other duties as requested Requirements Skills and Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience as marketing specialist requiredPersonal computer literacy and competency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Social Media knowledge – LinkedIn, X, Instagram Sales aptitude Strong orientation to detail Proven organizational and coordinator skills Robust oral and written communication skillsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred Work Environment:Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required.
