ESP Associates is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Visioning team.  This position offers a remote option in the U.S., with opportunities for in-person collaboration, as needed.  This role is ideal for a graphic designer with 2-4 years of professional experience who excels in layout-heavy, template-driven design and is comfortable working across both internal marketing initiatives and periodic client-facing deliverables.While this position may support client-related materials such as visioning documents, branding support, or presentation graphics, this work is project-based and cyclical, not continuous or billable-style production.  The primary focus of this role is strengthening the internal marketing infrastructure that supports ESP and our Team of Companies: through templates, systems, and high-quality design execution used firmwide.Occasional travel to ESP offices and project locations may be required to support collaboration and team needs.What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design, Layout & Template DevelopmentDesign and maintain high-quality, reusable templates for firmwide use, including:Proposal and qualification templatesMicrosoft Word and PowerPoint templatesProject sheets, case studies, and branded reportsInternal marketing tools and presentation frameworksBuild and manage structured documents in Adobe InDesign, with strong technical proficiency in:Paragraph, character, and object stylesParent pagesStyle-drive template systems built from scratchWork confidently within existing templates and continuously refine them to improve clarity, efficiency, and consistencyApply strong design judgementExecute layout-heavy design work with strong attention to typography, hierarchy, spacing, and brand standardsPrepare clean, accurate print-ready and digital-ready filesMarketing Department Support (Primary Focus)Support the ESP Marketing Department with graphic design and layout needs serving all business units and subsidiary firmsCollaborate with marketing leadership and teammates to translate messaging into clear, professional visual layoutsContribute to the development and improvement of internal design systems that support scalable deliverables and workflowsClient Deliverable Support (Project-Based)Support client-facing deliverables (e.g., visioning materials, branded presentations, wayfinding or community engagement graphics, report design, etc.) as neededMaintain flexibility while recognizing that this role is not a constant client-production or agency-style positionQualifications We’re Looking ForRequirements:Associate’s degree in graphic design, journalism, or a related field;
