Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleMarketing Specialist Principal (State Public Sector and National Accounts) - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Marketing Principal (State Public Sector and National Accounts) is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies, as well as defining audience-appropriate tactics and distribution channels to support Prime's growth. This role provides an integrated and strategic approach to marketing, understanding the company's business objectives and translating them into effective and compelling communications.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and development of progressive and effective marketing strategies and campaigns that support Prime's brand and drive sales and retention of Prime’s state public sector and national accountsCollaborate with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders on the senior leadership team to deeply understand Prime's business objectives, product offerings, client utilization/adoption and history, and intended market positioningTranslate business insights into marketing strategies and create messaging that is clear, defensible and differentiates Prime and our products and services in the marketProvide strategic writing expertise and direction for creative strategies in alignment with company-wide initiatives; ensure Prime's key messages are consistent throughout all marketing piecesMonitor relevant market conditions and trends in order to drive effective messaging and tactics to targeted audiencesOwn prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives and projects; manage multiple projects and initiatives; ensure messaging and deliverables align to enterprise strategyProvide mentorship, subject matter expertise and advice to less experienced members of the team and provide ongoing strategic guidance on various projects and programsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required7 years of work experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing, product marketing and/or communicationsMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsSuperior interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, resolve conflict, build consensus, establish rapport and collaborate effectively across departments, internally and externally, and at all levels within an organizationStrong relationship management with ability to gain leadership credibility across the organizationDemonstrated ability to drive forward company initiatives at senior management levelsHigh detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and without compromising qualityAbility to understand business needs, translate these to others on teamPreferred QualificationsExperience in the health insurance or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industryLeadership/people management experienceMBA or MBCBrand development and positioning experiencePotential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail (https://www.primetherapeutics.com/benefits).Prime Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
