Responsible for developing and executing annual promotional plans for assigned products using print and digital media. Responsible for new product definitions and launch. Maintains strong supplier/vendor relationships to secure support and deliver sales increases year over year.**Remote position**Ideal candidate will reside close to a major airport as the role will require 10-15% travel.Must have an excellent eye for detail!Essential FunctionsCatalog Development & ManagementSupport the planning, development, proofing and execution of annual product catalog. Coordinate product information, imagery, vendor assets and other content required for catalog production. Track deadlines, outstanding materials, approvals and corrections to ensure projects remain on schedule.Recurring Marketing CampaignsExecute established annual and seasonal marketing campaigns using existing processes, templates and timelines. Coordinate weekly and monthly marketing needs, including new product promotions, magazine content, email assets and other ongoing initiatives. Gather required assets, route materials for review and approval, and ensure campaigns are completed accurately and on time.Sales Collateral SupportSupport ongoing marketing initiatives, including coordination of content, assets and campaign requirements.Maintain accurate and current marketing materials within the platform.Vendor Training CoordinationCoordinate vendor training opportunities, including scheduling, communications, materials and logistics. Work with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure training materials are received and distributed appropriately. Advertising CoordinationCollect and organize vendor advertisements and supporting materials for Patterson Today magazine.Track submissions against deadlines and specifications and follow up on missing or incomplete materials.Coordinate invoicing of vendor partners.ReportingPrepare routine reports and maintain accurate records to support marketing programs and budget management.Industry Tradeshows & EventsSupport and attend assigned industry tradeshows and events.Manage tactical tradeshow execution, including registration, vendor coordination, booth logistics, equipment and collateral needs, shipping, promotional materials, lead retrieval and onsite requirements.Coordinate pre-show timelines and communications with internal teams and external partners.Support onsite booth setup, execution and teardown as required.Coordinate post-show activities, including lead distribution and event reporting.General Marketing OperationsMaintain project trackers, calendars and documentation for assigned marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external partners to obtain required information and keep projects moving. Manage multiple concurrent deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Identify missing information, assets or approvals and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.Additional ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in marketing or similar discipline2 years marketing experienceWeb/Digital marketing experiencePreferred RequirementsAnimal Health experience/knowledge or Animal Health knowledgeSkills and AbilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbalCopy editing/proof readingFamiliarity with Adobe, Canva, and social media platformsPhysical and Cognitive DemandsTransport/Carrying FrequentlyTransport/Lifting FrequentlyEnvironmental ConditionsOffice: This position primarily operates in a professional office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building.
