We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute campaigns that fuel our revenue growth, and customer retention. This role combines demand generation, digital marketing, content creation, and customer campaigns - all with measurable impact on sales and adoption. This is a hands-on role. You will build, launch, and execute campaigns, not just plan them. This role is not strategic ownership of the entire marketing function. It’s focused on quality execution and real impact. We are committed to your career growth - as the company scales, this role can grow into a Senior Specialist or Marketing Manager track depending on performance and leadership capability, as well as the possibility of moves into other teams. What You’ll Do Run campaigns across email, paid media, social media, content, webinars, and events.Build and schedule email campaignsManage the lead funnel end-to-end: campaign execution, reporting, conversion optimization, and assist with Sales.Optimize our digital presence including website updates, landing pages, and SEO to increase inbound leads.Create and repurpose content including customer stories (case studies, testimonials, reviews), blog posts, and sales collateral.Assist in development sales enablement materials when needed (slide decks, brochures, RFP’s, etc)Partner with Product & Customer Success teams on launches, adoption campaigns, upsell campaignsManage and update CRM and marketing automation tools.Plan events (webinars, tradeshows, customer events), including pre- and post-event campaigns.Manage our digital assets and oversee creation of additional materialsWork with vendors to support campaign, creative, and event needs. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing (required)Proven track record in marketing campaign execution and content.Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsFamiliar with SEO, paid media and digital marketing channelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, scaling software environment.Highly organized and detail-orientedExperience in a subscription-based SaaS company is strongly preferredAbility to travel 1-3 times per year strongly preferred What We Offer We provide a company-paid competitive health and dental benefits package, paid time off, flexible work arrangements including remote, training opportunities, and more.
