Job SummaryCreate Music Group is currently looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist  to join our team! The Marketing Specialist will provide daily support and work with our Marketing team on various aspects of our artist's marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:Contributing to the overall plan and strategyAssisting with post seeding and implementationTracking post metrics and analyzing results across all applicable social media platformsClient facing tracking such as Creator coreInternal tracking on Google sheets and docs for tracking and accounting purposesTracking campaign performance to better optimize artist success and budget monitoring Understand different fandoms and find unique ways to engage with the fans/audiencesFinding and understanding fan pagesUnderstanding “clipping” and various ways to source contentHave your ear to the ground for best practices and what’s trending Research different key influencers and media outlets to partner with for specific songs/campaignsUpdate spreadsheets and help with administrative work in the teamFamiliarity with YouTube shorts and how to post short form content Understand Instagram seeding (blogs) and how to come up with headlines and captions that grab audience’s attentionQualifications Eager to learn music marketing tactics and strategyExtremely knowledgeable in social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram and TikTok, and X (Previously Twitter)Strong interest in Pop Culture and following social media trendsExtremely knowledgeable in Music and Music MarketingExcellent organization skills & extremely detail-orientedKnowledgeable of Google SuiteBonus: Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite, Canva, or other similar content editing tools/softwarePay Scale$23-28.00 hourly The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
