Working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications, this role designs and executes integrated marketing campaigns that drive meaningful pipeline growth, leads partner enablement initiatives that equip the sales team to win, and builds impactful co-marketing programs with leading technology partners such as Proofpoint, Trellix, and CrowdStrike. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and service delivery teams to bring innovative, revenue-driven campaigns to life at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and growth. This isn't a check-the-box marketing position. Responsibilities: Manage the execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns and strategic events with technology partners Support the development and deployment of marketing activities including but not limited to digital campaigns, tradeshows & events, content creation (e.g., social media posts, blogs and articles, videos, etc.), thought leadership pieces, customer appreciation activities, customer satisfaction surveys, and more Enrich and expand stakeholder relationships by crafting promotional activities that create a unified and powerful market presence Manage partner marketing budget, performance metrics, and tracking system for regular analysis and reporting Collaborate and provide tools for the Sales team to advance and nurture existing customers and opportunities Develop and adapt materials for the reseller partner community to aid with onboarding of new partners, training, selling, and co-marketing initiatives Oversee the quality and flow of marketing qualified leads from partner marketing campaigns Drive the sales enablement calendar to educate sales team on services and technology partners’ products and solutions Qualifications: 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong curiosity and interest in cybersecurity and AI Knowledge and experience in the following tools preferred: CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing automation (HubSpot), CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate with business leaders Demonstratable work in co-marketing or joint go-to-market activities with partners, vendors, and/or 3rd parties Knowledge of how to run successful digital and in-person integrated marketing campaigns Able to work collaboratively and independently A resourceful attitude and the ability to find solutions to problems with minimal guidance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organized Experience with lead generation and marketing metric tracking Ability to thrive in uncertainty, resolve ambiguity and think quickly on your feet Dynamic, creative, and willing to take on challenges in an agile business Can work effectively with a variety of personalities internally and externally Preferred: Working knowledge of cybersecurity and an understanding of basic security concepts Why Join Us?
