Position OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth through SEO while supporting social media, content, and marketing campaigns that help grow our marketplace. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys executing campaigns, optimizing content, and gradually taking on more strategic ownership as the business scales.You’ll work across both sides of our marketplace — clients and vendors/drivers — supporting acquisition efforts through digital campaigns, content, partnerships, and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and contribute to growth.This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role with room to grow in scope and responsibility over time.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesOrganic Growth & SEOOwn and execute the organic growth strategy with strong focus on SEOConduct keyword research, on-page, and blog content to improve search rankings and organic trafficCollaborate with Product and Web teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all web properties or domainsMonitor organic performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for continuous growthCampaigns & Acquisition SupportExecute marketing campaigns that support client and vendor acquisition across digital channels (e.g., social, email, content, SEO, paid campaigns).Support demand generation initiatives by testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns over time.Assist with market and competitor research to help identify growth opportunities.Social Media & ContentManage and grow the company’s social media presenceCreate, schedule, and optimize content to increase engagement, awareness and thought leadershipCollaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports campaigns, brand storytelling, and recruitment initiativesBrand & Internal CollaborationSupport creation of marketing assets for Sales, Recruitment, and Client CommunicationsEnsure brand messaging is consistent across internal and external channels.Collaborate with Leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on execution responsibilities.Experience running or supporting digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong written communication skills and attention to brand consistency.Comfort working with data and performance metrics to assess campaign results.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B, marketplace, logistics, or platform-based businesses.Exposure to both demand-side and supply-side acquisition strategies.Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS platforms, or paid ad tools.Experience supporting partnerships or co-marketing initiativesBenefits and PerksRemote work with the potential for flexible working hours.Company-wide health benefits.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of a dynamic startup.A collaborative work environment that encourages new ideas and innovation.Growth and career development opportunities as the company expands.Core ValuesWe aim to bring the best experience for our clients as well as the hundreds of vendors we work with across Canada.
