This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing content and experiences, and contributes to divisional marketing strategy and planning. This position is ideal for a motivated marketer with 2–3 years of B2B experience who thrives on organization, learning, and growth.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Planning, & ExecutionSupport the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.Manage projects and workflows in ClickUp to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.Campaign & Content DevelopmentAssist in the creation and distribution of digital and print content, leveraging AI tools to transform subject matter input into content drafts.Assist in campaign reporting using HubSpot and Google Analytics.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal teams and centralized marketing groups to execute campaigns.Work with marketing leaders to prioritize and manage marketing activities.Performance Analysis & ReportingCollect and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.Brand, Compliance, & Quality StandardsEnsure marketing materials comply with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.Continuous Improvement & Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport team collaboration and participate in training activities.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience (professional services experience preferred)Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and content creationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook) requiredFamiliarity with multi-channel marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot preferredExperience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similarAbility to leverage AI for research and content draftingTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleaguesStrong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challengesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong prioritization, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing prioritiesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/weekTravel: Less than 10%Physical Activity:Prolonged periods of sitting and computer useAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and soundsFrequent repetitive motions with handsThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
