Western Region Marketing Specialist (Remote)About the RoleP3 Services is a fast-growing home services company operating across multiple states. We’re looking for a Western Region Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation across multiple brands in Washington, Colorado, and Texas.This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll manage marketing performance across several businesses—not just one. You’ll work with a team of channel experts while owning performance insights, recommendations, and results.What You’ll DoMonitor daily lead performance across multiple businesses and marketing channelsIdentify trends, flag issues early, and prioritize where attention is neededPresent weekly performance reports (leads, spend, revenue, ROAS)Partner with OpCo leaders and act as their go-to marketing contactTranslate data into clear, actionable recommendationsCoordinate across channels: Google Ads, LSA, Yelp, Angi, Meta, SEO, and direct mailSupport campaign execution and collaborate with internal teams and vendorsConduct research and identify opportunities to improve performanceWhat We’re Looking For3+ years in home services marketing (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)OR 5+ years in multi-location or local marketingExperience managing multiple accounts or locations at onceStrong knowledge of Google Ads, LSA, and paid media performanceUnderstanding of SEO and local searchData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsClear communicator who can simplify data for non-marketing teamsHighly organized and comfortable working independentlyExperience with ServiceTitanFamiliarity with tools like Asana or SmartsheetWhy Join UsHigh-impact role with real ownershipCollaborative, fast-paced environmentOpportunity to work across multiple brands and markets
