Job summary  Valiantys is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the success of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth across North America. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, webinars, and in-person events, ensuring a high level of organization and impact. You will represent Valiantys at select events, engaging with attendees and partners to foster strong relationships and maintain a positive, professional brand image. Additionally, you will support the localization and delivery of marketing content tailored to North American audiences, helping ensure relevance and effectiveness in the region. This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience in marketing operations, including day-to-day team support and performance reporting, while developing a well-rounded understanding of marketing strategy and execution. \nWhat you’ll be working on Campaign and Event Coordination  Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting North American audiences (email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, partner campaigns, etc.)  Support field marketing initiatives aligned with regional growth objectives  Plan and manage logistics for regional events (trade shows, Atlassian events, webinars, executive roundtables, partner events)  Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to ensure event follow-up, lead routing, and pipeline tracking  Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications  Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis  Marketing Project Support  Provide project management support for North American marketing initiatives  Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to localize and adapt global assets for the North American market  Ensure alignment between campaign messaging, regional priorities, and Valiantys positioning  Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation  Support the development and deployment of sales enablement materials in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams  Marketing Operations and Reporting  Support marketing automation and CRM processes (lead uploads, segmentation, workflows, data hygiene)  Monitor campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, engagement metrics)  Prepare regular marketing performance reports for regional leadership  Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution of marketing activities  Help optimize processes for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting  Maintain dashboards and ensure data consistency across systems  Collaboration and Communication  Partner closely with:  Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and account priorities  Delivery to showcase expertise, customer success stories, and event participation  Global Marketing to adapt global initiatives for North America  Brand & Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity  Facilitate communication between regional and global stakeholders  Support joint marketing initiatives with Atlassian and strategic partners  Brand and Content Execution  Collaborate with the Brand and Content teams to deploy thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and campaign assets  Ensure brand consistency across regional events, presentations, and partner-facing materials  Execute regional content initiatives in alignment with Valiantys’ global brand strategy  Coordinate content contributions from Delivery and subject matter experts to highlight regional expertise Travel: Approx. 10% domestic travel (2–3 trips per year) Do you have what it takes to be our new Marketing Specialist 4–6 years of experience in a related marketing role, with demonstrated impact in campaign and event execution Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and events  Familiarity with marketing automation, design, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, etc.)  Strong project management and organizational skills  Analytical mindset with experience in marketing reporting and performance tracking  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, global organization  Detail-oriented and process-driven Proactive and solution-oriented   Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills  Comfortable balancing strategic context with tactical execution  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  \n$60,000 - $70,000 a yearAnnual compensation ranges are determined through interviews and a review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.  The base salary range does not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.\n This role can be located in Canada or in the United States, preferably Mid West.
