This includes providing support with campaigns, product launches, content creation, events, and internal communications. The role focuses on turning brand and product information into clear and effective marketing materials, which build awareness, educate customers, engage healthcare professionals, and support business growth. It requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Marketing Delivery:Assist in planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across Montu’s brand portfolioSupport development of campaign timelines, briefs, content, channel plans and asset trackersHelp deliver B2B campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, pharmacies and clinicsCoordinate campaign deployment across EDMs, digital, collateral and internal channelsMonitor performance, gather insights and contribute to campaign optimisationBrand Management & Content Development:Support brand plans, positioning, messaging and portfolio differentiationMaintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across all materialsCollaborate with Design and Content teams to develop marketing assetsWrite, edit and proofread content including campaigns, sales tools, website and internal communicationsEnsure all materials are accurate, aligned to brand standards and effectively communicate key informationEnsure products are kept updated across external PMS and internal platforms. Assist with brand updates, product changes and lifecycle marketing initiativesProduct Launch & Sales Enablement:Support go-to-market planning for new products, launches and portfolio updatesDevelop launch materials including toolkits, sales collateral, training content, EDMs and web contentCoordinate cross-functional inputs (Product, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, CRM, Design)Track timelines, approvals, risks and dependencies to ensure on-time deliveryCreate practical sales tools such as FAQs, talking points and internal updatesPartner with Sales teams to incorporate feedback and support customer engagementInsights & Project Coordination:Conduct market research on competitors, trends, pricing and opportunitiesMonitor feedback from customers, prescribers and sales teams to identify insights and risksSupport reporting including campaign performance and market analysisCoordinate projects, manage briefs, approvals, timelines and stakeholder communicationEnsure all marketing activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal standardsObjectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Deliver on individual and departmental OKRs and KPIs as determined from time to time.Support the successful delivery of assigned brand, campaign and product launch activities.Contribute to the development of high-quality, compliant and commercially relevant marketing materials.Support improved sales team readiness through effective tools, messaging and internal communications.Contribute to stronger brand consistency, portfolio clarity and campaign execution across Montu Brands.Support timely project delivery through strong coordination, stakeholder communication and attention to detail.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fieldExperience in a similar marketing, brand or product roleExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, regulated or complex categories (desirable)Experience supporting brand management or product portfoliosStrong campaign, content and marketing material development skillsExperience managing creative briefs, feedback and proofreading assetsAbility to translate complex information into clear, practical messagingStrong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationshipsHigh attention to detail across product, claims and customer-facing materialsCommercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports business growthResults-driven, proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical solutionsFamiliarity with healthcare or regulatory frameworks (e.g. TGA, Medicines Australia) is desirableAdditional InformationYou'll be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team where your work drives meaningful impact in a leading tech company at the intersection of healthcare.
